Job Description:

1. Responsible for managing existing customers, analyzing potential customer needs, creating quotations, and providing solutions; Developing new customers through telephone, online, and on-site sales, providing customers with quotations, import and export business consulting, and logistics solutions;

2. Explore new business, develop new customers, find new business growth points, maintain the company's existing customers, and develop other products for existing customers.

3. Reconcile accounts with customers, urge payments, and collect payments;

4. Resolve simple disputes with customers;

5. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
